Care & Cleaning:
Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning, though hand washing is recommended. Avoid using sharp cooking and cleaning utensils, as these may damage the non-stick surface. For best results, clean with a soft sponge and warm, soapy water—and watch any food debris lift right off.

Nice small saucepan which can be used on the hob and in the oven. Washes very easily and is a great size for me and my husband (we don’t eat that much). Yet to use in the oven, but the handles do get hot if it’s been on the hob for more than 30 minutes – though Dojo do advice being careful when handling. I just put a tea towel around the handle, and its easy enough to handle. Heats up very quick on our gas hob!

This pan is very practical. I can make anything from oatmeal in the morning to a small batch of pasta in the evening. The size is perfect for one to two people, and it’s very easy to handle. My only small complaint is that the lid gets a bit hot, so be careful when lifting.

When I first bought this pan, I absolutely loved it – a really good looking saucepan. Unfortuantely, in a short period of time, the exterior of the pan is already starting to scratch/show wear and tear. The inside is in near new condition, and it does cook my foods fabulously. But Dojo please do something to make the exterior less easy to scratch. A good product could be an AMAZING product.
