- A brief description of the problem & item
- Proof of purchase
- Images (incl. full top & base images)
- Postal Address (for guarantee claims)
Please note: A valid proof of purchase is required to process all guarantee claims, including those for gifted items. We are not associated with the card machine company, also known as Dojo.
