This is the 4-digit SKU found next to the barcode on the packaging. If you no longer have the packaging, you can search for the item on our website. Open the product page and the SKU will appear directly below the title (e.g. 4003). If you are submitting a guarantee request for more than one product, please click the plus icon to add a separate line for each individual item.
