Shipping & Returns
Important: Please note that we are not affiliated with the card machine company Dojo. Do not send any card machines to us for return, as we are unable to accept them.
If you are based in mainland United Kingdom (excluding Highlands):
When you place an order, your items will be delivered via Parcelforce, a Royal Mail company. In most cases, we use Parcelforce Express24, so once your order has been dispatched, you can typically expect delivery within 1–2 working days, subject to normal service conditions.
A standard flat postage rate of £4.95 applies. However, if your order exceeds £50, you’ll qualify for free delivery. In some cases, you may need to select the “free delivery” option at checkout to ensure the charge is not applied.
Outside mainland United Kingdom (including Northern Scotland):
When you place an order, your items will be delivered via Parcelforce, a Royal Mail company. We typically use Parcelforce Express24 or Express48 services. Once your order has been dispatched, you can usually expect delivery within 1–4 working days, subject to normal service conditions. In some cases, you may need to allow additional time as advised by the courier, although delivery is generally not expected to exceed 14 working days.
A standard flat postage rate of £7.95 applies. However, if your order exceeds £50, you’ll qualify for free delivery. In some cases, you may need to select the “free delivery” option at checkout to ensure the charge is not applied.
At the time of writing, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.
Returns:
In the United Kingdom, under the Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014, it is your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. In order to return goods to us, they must be in an unused, resalable condition. Under the Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014, you also have a duty to take reasonable care and responsibility whilst the goods are in your possession. Your refund will be processed in accordance with your legal rights and our internal quality control checks upon receiving the goods. You will be issued a full refund for the price of your goods (excluding associated shipping costs).
How to return your order:
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, we strongly recommend contacting our customer services team before returning it. However, if you simply no longer want the item and it is still in its original packaging, we will be happy to accept the return.
The cost of returning a product is your responsibility unless otherwise advised or specified. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are not received by our warehouse.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please download, print, and complete the returns form, ensuring all required information is filled in. Include the completed form inside the package with the items you are returning.

For damaged goods:
If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Depending on the size and value of the item, we may offer a refund or replacement, and in some cases we may ask for the damaged item to be returned before proceeding. After 31 days, we will be unable to assist, so we recommend opening your parcel upon receipt.
For faulty products:
We recommend registering your guarantee once you receive your goods to ensure you’re covered should a fault occur, including any issues with the non-stick coating. If your product develops a fault, please contact our customer service team via the contact page.
Within 30 Days:
If your goods develop a manufacturing fault within the first 30 days after receipt, we will issue you with a full refund or a replacement, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe that your goods are faulty, please contact us at via our online contact formin order to arrange the return and replacement of your item. Please note, that this is still operated under the terms of the offered guarantee and if the issue that has arisen is found to not be the fault of the manufacturer, neither a replacement nor refund will be offered. Please see the guarantee policy for more information.
After 30 Days:
If your product develops a fault after 30 days, then your lifetime guarantee will apply, subject to registration. To begin the process, please contact us via our online contact form. We may ask to see the product, proof of purchase, and any relevant images so we can assess whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault or user damage.
Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order, go to ‘My Account > Orders > (Your Order) > Cancel’. You can request to cancel your order up to 30 minutes after placing it for a full refund. If cancellation is requested after 30 minutes, then cancellation will be subject to approval. If you would like to return your order for a refund after the order has been delivered, you will need to download the returns form above. Refunds typically take 1-3 days to process.
