Check Your Order Status:

  • After placing your order directly from us, you will receive an email confirmation with your invoice attached. This may take a couple of minutes to arrive.
  • Once our warehouse team have picked and packed your order, you’ll get another email confirming this, which will include a consignment number (e.g, CB12345678) once our team have generated the shipping label.
  • Before delivery, you’ll then receive a text message or an email notification with the delivery details. Please check your email spam folder, as these notifications may occasionally land there. Unfortunately, we cannot control this issue.

If you’re having trouble locating your delivery information, providing you have the consignment number, you can visit Parcelforce’s website: https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace and enter your consignment number.

Failed Delivery/Redelivery:

If Parcelforce attempted to deliver your parcel but you were unavailable, you can request one free redelivery here: https://www.parcelforce.com/redelivery#/

Alternatively, the parcel(s) may be taken to a nearby post office for collection. You typically have up to 7 working days to collect it. Be sure to bring a valid form of ID or the red slip left at your address. If you do not collect the parcel during this time, the parcel will likely be returned to our warehouse.
