Where can I find the SKU for my product?

To locate the 4-digit SKU code required to register your product guarantee, check the packaging—it’s located just beneath or next to the barcode. You can also find the SKU code on our website by searching for the product. It’s displayed right below the ‘Add to Basket’ button.

I have a problem with my www.dojohome.co.uk order, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear this and we’ll do everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you’ve placed an order with our one of our approved retailers, please reach out to them directly.

How do I return an order?

In the unlikely event you need to return your order, you can return items back to our distribution hub. We’re happy to offer a refund for items (excluding postage) returned within 30 days, as long as they’re unused and in the original packaging. If the packaging is damaged or the item has been used, we might not be able to refund the full value. To return an item, just follow the steps outlined here.

My pans aren’t working on my induction hob. What should I do?

First, make sure the size of your pan’s baseplate is compatible with your induction hob ring. If the sizes match, there could be a rare compatibility issue between the hob and the cookware. In most cases, there’s nothing wrong with either, but it might be helpful for our team to take a closer look. Please contact our customer service team with images here.

How do I open a guarantee case?

Can I change my www.dojohome.co.uk order?

Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed, but there is a window of around 30 minutes immediately after placing the order to cancel it. We advise calling our customer services team immediately on 0116 286 7000 with your order number. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse team, we regret it cannot be cancelled.

Do I need to keep my receipt?

Please make sure you keep a copy of your proof of purchase, as your guarantee won’t be valid without it. We accept scanned receipts, and in most cases, an order number (if purchased directly through www.dojohome.co.uk) will be enough as proof of purchase.
